General Information

To secure an appointment, we require a 50% deposit of the total booking amount at the time of booking. Please note that this deposit is essential for confirming your appointment and securing your spot.

The deposit is refundable if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours. The remainder of your balance will be accepted in cash or card payment.

Lateness

I understand that occasional lateness can happen, but please inform me if you're running behind schedule. We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you're more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before for your deposit to still be valid. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited.

No shows will be banned from booking future appointments.
